If you want an innovative solution, you need to re-invent the process. That's why we're moving past precedents and tapping a diverse group to lead this process. Beyond the leadership team, we've assembled a diverse committee to champion design and pilot programs. We are engaging the entire office, from our interns to our Managing Director, to share their valuable ideas. As we move into the implementation phase, each team has a designated Re/Fresh Ambassador to represent their team and coordinate the final details.
